Be it enacted by Congress here assembled that:
Article 1: In order to ensure the safety and integrity of the American border, a 50-foot high stone wall will be erected along the Mexican-US border;
Article 2: During the building of the wall and after its implementation, the National Guard will be sent to the Mexican-US border with instructions to detain and use force if necessary against any person who tries to cross; patrol should be present every 8 miles;
Article 3: Money taken from social programs excluding entitlement programs will be used to fund this construction; entitlement programs are defined as a federal program that guarentees benefits to those who meet requirements set by law
Article 4: Manpower will be provided by the border patrol, and until the border patrol meets numerical standards, National Guard, with state’s cooperation, will provide assistence;
Article 5: This bill will go into effect 30 days after its passage and will be overseen by the US Customs and Border Protection;

Whereas this will help big business in stealing away the livelihood from this nation’s middle and lower classes. Article I: All public institutes for education may now not ask for the race or the sex of the person applying for admitance in order to prevent discrimanation based on the aforementioned, until that person has gained admittance. Article II: Race is defined as a persons genetic background which is most often visable in the form of skin color. Article III: The Virginian Department of Education will oversee this bill. Joint Forces Command Continuation Bill: Article I: The United States Federal Government hereby supports the continuation of the Joint Forces Command with more congressional review on all programs in order to save the cost. The Secretary of Defense will report to Congress on behalf of JFCOM to justify the programs involved. Article II: Congressional review is when Congress analyzes the cost of the programs and activities of an organization. Article III: This bill will take effect immediately upon passage. Article IV: This bill will be enforced by the Department of Defense. Article V: All laws in conflict with this bill are null and void.

Article 2: Cyber-bullying refers to the practice of using technology to harass or offend others. Electronic devices include any technology that provides an access to the Internet. Malicious features are defined as inappropriate contents that can psychologically offend a person such as swearing words, pornography, and violent images and videos.
Article 3: This bill shall be executed by the United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team of the Department of Homeland Security.

A Bill to Create a Stronger Southern Border BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: Section 1. All 1,969 miles of the U.S.A\E.M.U. border shall be secured against illegal immigration and trafficking by the completion of the Fence. That every 750ft. there be a guard stationed equipped with the state of the art sensors, scopes, and other electronics. That 100 helicopters, equipped with FLIR scopes or with more modern variants, shall patrol the border. Section 2. The Fence has two main components: SBInet, which employs radars, sensors, and cameras to detect, identify, and classify the threat level associated with an illegal entry into the United States between the ports of entry, and SBI tactical infrastructure, fencing, roads, and lighting intended to enhance U.S. Border Patrol agents’ ability to respond to the area of the illegal entry and bring the situation to a law enforcement resolution. The guard shall consist of the Border Patrol, and if needed the National Guard or the Reserves. FLIR is an infrared technology that would enhance the guards chances of detecting an illegal crossing. Section 3. The Department of Homeland security shall enforce this law. Section 4. This bill shall be implemented upon passage. Section 5. A Bill to Fortify the U.S.- Mexican Border to
decrease illegal immigration from Mexico.
1 Be It Enacted By The Student Congress Here Assembled That:
2 Section 1. The U.S. shall construct a wall 40 feet in height above ground, 15
3 feet underground and 15 feet wide
4 along the entirety of the U.S.- Mexico Border. Said wall will be built of
5 reinforced concrete and steel. It shall have entry ports every 50 miles. The
6 wall is to be manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by
7 Border Patrol, immigration agencies, National Guard, and U.S. Military
8 forces.
9 Section 2. Reinforced Concrete- concrete containing steel bars, strands, mesh,
10 etc., to absorb tensile and shearing stresses.
11 Section 3. The wall shall be built under the direction of the Army Corps of
12 Engineers. It will be patrolled by Border Patrol, immigration agencies ( ICE
13 etc.), National Guard, and U.S. Military forces.
14 Section 4. This law will take effect 1 November, 2010, when the building of
15 said wall will begin. And will be completed no later than 1 November, 2011.

The Defense of Human Dignity Act
Article 1- The practice of having online advertising for adult services is
hereby banned in order to reduce human trafficking
Article 2- Adult services is defined as porn, prostitution, stripping, or any
other such form of sexual content
Article 3- The FCC (Federal Communication Commission) will enforce this bill
Article 4- This bill should be enacted by the beginning of the next fiscal year
Article 5- All laws in conflict with this piece of legislation are hereby
declared null and void.
Bill to Terminate All Military aid to Yemen
Article I The United States federal government hereby terminates all military support to Yemen
Article II Military support is defined as the supply of troops or weapons to assist the government or other revolutionary group in Yemen
Article III This project will be overseen by the Department of Defense
Article IV This bill is effective immediately upon passage.
Article V All laws in conflict with this bill are declared null and void.

A Bill to Strengthen Security on the Border of Mexico with the United States of America
1 BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
2 SECTION 1. The United States will move troops to the Mexico/ USA border to aid in protecting
3 United States territory. Every 15 miles, 9 soldiers will be stationed to patrol the border,
4 resulting in a total of 1179 soldiers.
5 SECTION 2. The Border of Mexico with the United States stretches from San Diego, California,
6 and across the states of Arizona, New Mexico, to Brownsville, Texas at the far western part of
7 the line.
8 SECTION 3.The enactment of this bill will be overseen by an established group designed with
9 the purpose of protecting United States borders, also known as the Department of Defense. It
10 will also be responsible for the organization of this bill and for the continual status check ups
11 that are to be taken annually.
12 SECTION 4. This bill will be effective 8 months after the last group of soldiers returns to the
13 United States.
14 SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
