Instructions for Submitting Congress Legislation
Legislation for the TDL tournament being held on November 23rd 2013 must be submitted no later than November 19th @11:59pm.
Here's how to submit legislation:
1. Scroll down to "November TDL Congress Debate Topics" and click on the "comments" link at the bottom of the post.
2. Type your legislation in the "Leave your comment" box (you can also copy and paste from a Word document).
3. Complete the "WORD VERIFICATION" step, as indicated.
4. Select "Name/URL".
5. Type your full name, followed by the name of your school, in the "Name" box. For example: "John Smith - Hickory High School". Please do not abbreviate the name of your school.
6. Click "PUBLISH YOUR COMMENT".
Please note that this is a moderated site, so your legislation will not appear immediately.
