Legislation for the TDL tournament being held Thursday, 21 February 2013 at Grassfield High School must be submitted no later than midnight on Friday 15 February 2013.
Here's how to submit legislation:1. Scroll down to "February 2013 Congress Debate Topics" and click on the "comments" link at the bottom of the post.
2. Type your legislation in the "Leave your comment" box (you can also copy and paste from a Word document).
3. Complete the "WORD VERIFICATION" step, as indicated.
4. Select "Name/URL".
5. Type your full name, followed by the name of your school, in the "Name" box. For example: "John Smith - Hickory High School". Please do not abbreviate the name of your school.
6. Click "PUBLISH YOUR COMMENT".
