Legislation for the TDL tournament being held on December 14th 2013 must be submitted no later than December 10th @11:59pm.
Here's how to submit legislation:
1. Scroll down to "November TDL Congress Debate Topics" and click on the "comments" link at the bottom of the post.
2. Type your legislation in the "Leave your comment" box (you can also copy and paste from a Word document).
3. Complete the "WORD VERIFICATION" step, as indicated.
4. Select "Name/URL".
5. Type your full name, followed by the name of your school, in the "Name" box. For example: "John Smith - Hickory High School". Please do not abbreviate the name of your school.
6. Click "PUBLISH YOUR COMMENT".
Please note that this is a moderated site, so your legislation will not appear immediately.

A BILL TO ENSURE THE PROSPERITY OF THE NEXT GENERATION
ARTICLE I: Under this legislation marijuana will be banned, except for medicinal purposes.
ARTICLE II: Cannabis, a tall plant with a stiff upright stem, divided serrated leaves, and glandular hairs. It is used to produce hemp fiber and as a psychotropic drug
ARTICLE III: This shall be overseen by the Drug Enforcement Agency
ARTICLE IV: This bill shall go into effect March 1, 2014.
ARTICLE V: All articles in conflict with this bill are hereby declared null and void
