WHEREAS, America currently has the highest income disparity since the nineteen twenties; and

WHEREAS, Tax cuts for this group are unnecessary and do not help the economy; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Congress here assembled that tax cuts for the rich be reduced.
