Domestic
A Resolution to Compose a Standard Set of Regulations for Marijuana Legalization
Whereas many states are currently deciding whether or not marijuana should be legalized in each of their states;
Whereas each state that legalizes marijuana will create many rules on how it is to be used in their community;
Whereas certain desirable rules may be omitted by states as they undergo the legalization process;
Whereas it would be more efficient to work together and make all marijuana laws the same;
Whereas the states would still be able to decide for themselves whether marijuana is legalized or not;
Therefore be it resolved that Congress compose a suggested set of standard regulations for states that legalize marijuana.
Respectfully submitted,
